A new foundation.
A classic soul.
Modular EV chassis systems built around the vehicle you want to keep. Purpose-built steel structure. Tesla electric power. A clear path from classic body to electric build.

Built around
your body.
Your wheelbase, body mounts and intended use set the direction. The chassis brings structure, battery packaging and drivetrain integration together as one coordinated foundation.
From a classic pickup to a full-size SUV, we start with the vehicle and define the right scope before fabrication begins.
- Modular steel chassisFrame layout and connection details developed around the dimensions and packaging needs of the build.
- Battery-first packagingSpace, mounting, protection and service access considered alongside body and ground-clearance requirements.
- Integrated running gearSuspension, steering, brakes and drive units planned together, rather than treated as separate additions.
- A defined build scopeAgree on supplied parts, fabrication, installation responsibilities and integration work before the project proceeds.
One platform.
Different paths.
Chassis foundation
A fabricated frame and agreed mounting provisions for builders who want to manage their own component sourcing and final assembly.
Rolling EV chassis
Expand the scope to include selected battery, drivetrain, suspension, steering and braking components, with the supply and assembly level agreed for your project.
Custom conversion
For projects requiring body fitment, electrical integration, cooling, controls and further conversion work. Discuss a complete build around your vehicle.
Scope options are starting points for discussion. Component availability, pricing, lead time and final deliverables are confirmed in your individual quotation.
Tesla power.
FLXXDECK foundation.
We work with Tesla components, including Model 3 and Model S Plaid hardware, where suitable for the build. The right combination depends on vehicle size, use, packaging and project goals.
Battery, motors, controls and thermal systems must work together. We define the integration approach alongside the chassis layout.

Power, range, charging performance and road-registration requirements depend on the final vehicle and configuration. They are assessed individually.
Start with a plan.
Your vehicle
Share the year, model, body style, photos and location, plus your intended use.
Fitment review
Review wheelbase, body dimensions, battery space, running gear and project constraints.
Scope & quote
Agree on the component list, responsibilities, budget and estimated schedule.
Build & integrate
Move into fabrication and assembly with progress shared as the project develops.
A few good questions.
Will it fit my vehicle?
Fitment is assessed for each project. Send your vehicle details and photos so we can discuss wheelbase, body mounts, battery space and suspension packaging. Gallery concepts illustrate possibilities and are not a guaranteed fitment list.
Can I supply my own Tesla components?
Discuss your donor parts before purchasing or shipping them. We need to confirm suitability, condition, completeness and compatibility with the proposed build.
What is included in a chassis system?
The quotation defines the exact scope. A frame foundation, a rolling EV chassis and a complete conversion require different components and integration work. We will identify supplied parts and the work remaining for your builder.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Pricing and lead time depend on the vehicle, chassis scope, donor components and fabrication requirements. Send your intended budget and timeline with your enquiry so we can establish a practical starting point.
